Services and prices

Key features, total price and included games are shown before ordering. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Access

Access is granted only after confirmed payment. A return redirect alone is not confirmation.

Validity of game credits

Game credits obtained through a purchase have no expiry date and remain usable for as long as the corresponding trail stays on sale. Credits obtained through an event access code follow that code’s own conditions (cap, expiry).

Withdrawal

Immediate digital access requires the appropriate express request and acknowledgement during checkout.

Legal warranties

The service comes with the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (article 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). These warranties apply regardless of any commercial guarantee.

Customer reviews

Published reviews come only from players who completed a game on the relevant trail. They are moderated before publication and can neither be bought nor removed in exchange for any consideration.

Mediation

Consumer mediator details must be confirmed before commercial launch.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution or mediation, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules applicable in the consumer’s country of residence within the European Union.

Changes to these terms

CADENIA may amend these terms of sale. The version applicable to an order is the one in force at the time it was placed.
