Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

Not always. Free trails and free previews may be available to guests. An account is needed to buy certain trails, retrieve games and keep badges.

How many phones do we need?

One connected phone is enough per team. Keep it charged and choose someone to read instructions while the group observes and discusses.

What happens if we leave the page?

An active game can be resumed. The trail page lets your team return to the stage where it stopped.

Can several teams play?

Yes. Group and event formats split participants into teams and can include a shared leaderboard.
