We process account, progress, score, purchase, review, photo, in-game location and essential technical data.

## Legal bases and recipients

Processing relies on contract, consent, legal duties or legitimate security interests. Required providers include OVH, Stripe, Google and Facebook (sign-in), as well as Google (audience measurement, with your consent).

## Signing in with Google or Facebook

You can create an account or sign in with your Google or Facebook account. These providers share your name, email address and an account identifier with us; their own privacy policy governs their processing of your data.

## Audience measurement

With the consent you give via the cookie banner, Google Analytics, run through Google Tag Manager, measures site traffic. You can withdraw this consent at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link.

## Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our providers, notably Google and Facebook, are established outside the European Union. These transfers rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR, in particular the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

## Minors

Minors take part under the responsibility of an adult, who may exercise the rights described below on their behalf. Their data (progress, scores, photos) is processed under the same conditions and safeguards as for other participants.

## Retention

Your data is retained for 2 years from your last activity on the service (last game played or sign-in), unless a longer retention period is required by law or accounting duties, in particular for purchase-related records.
